I've changed my mind about my order;what do I do?

Well, as we only ever sell what we stock, the chances are that your order has been processed and is ready to send out.  Drop us an email ASAP and if it hasn’t been posted, we will cancel the order.  If it HAS been posted then please return your order to us and we will either issue you with a credit, refund or replace the products.

What if I am unhappy with a purchase?

If you are not happy with your order, for what ever reason, please let us know.  We’re happy to exchange or if the products are returned to us in perfect order we will refund.
